


Fort St. John 2020 BC Winter Games Participant Email #1

The 2020 BC Winter Games are less than a month away! Congratulations on being selected to represent your sport and zone at the Games.

In the next week you will receive a letter in the mail with login details for you to go online and find your travel itinerary as well as links to important information. If you have not received your letter by February 7, 2020 email us at participantreg@bcgamesmail.org.

The Guide to the Games is available online now and in it you will find lots of information about the Games and how best to prepare.

Register for a G2G Session

Have questions about your upcoming participation in the 2020 BC Winter Games? Join us at one of our G2G (Guide to the Games) Sessions being held in nine communities across the province as well as through online webinars between February 4 and February 12, 2020.

These sessions are for athletes, coaches, and parents, and will go over what to expect at the BC Games and provide preparation tips to help ensure you have the best BC Games experience possible. These sessions are offered free of charge but registration is required.

Coast Capital Leadership Bursary

The BC Games Society and Coast Capital Savings are supporting the development of young athletes, coaches, and officials through the Coast Capital Savings Leadership Bursary.

The bursary recognizes athletes who have achieved in sport and education but more importantly, go above and beyond in their communities through leadership and volunteer activities. Youth coaches and officials (under 19 years of age) who are attending the Games as part of a development opportunity are also welcome to apply. Apply by February 6, 2020.

Medical Allergy Form

All participants must complete the Medical & Allergy form by February 13, 2020. This is especially important for food allergies or dietary restrictions.
