Team BC added 10 medals to its medal count, including one Gold medal in Day 14 of the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games.

Day 14 Highlights: 

Two days after Lauren Kim broke the Canada Summer Games record for lowest women's single-round score (-5), teammate Tina Jiang broke it again (-6) with a bogey-free round.

Team BC won eight medals in Athletics events on Friday, including one Gold medal in men's high jump

BC’s Canoe Kayak athletes captured a Silver and Bronze medal

The BC men’s Box Lacrosse team advanced to the semifinals after a victory over Saskatchewan

The women’s Volleyball team for BC secured a spot in the semifinals after a shutout win over Quebec

Team BC Athletics has a treasure chest full of medal opportunities tomorrow, with 25 entries across 17 different medal events. Highlights include Leo Sammarelli (Vancouver) looking for his third wheelchair track medal in the 400m, Jorden Hall (Surrey) in the hunt for a podium finish in Heptathlon, and a chance to end the athletics competition on a high note with both men’s and women’s 4 x 400m relay teams in the A Finals.
