Team BC added 10 medals to its medal count, including one Gold medal in Day 14 of the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games.


Day 14 Highlights: 

Two days after Lauren Kim broke the Canada Summer Games record for lowest women's single-round score (-5), teammate Tina Jiang broke it again (-6) with a bogey-free round.

Team BC won eight medals in Athletics events on Friday, including one Gold medal in men's high jump

BC’s Canoe Kayak athletes captured a Silver and Bronze medal

The BC men’s Box Lacrosse team advanced to the semifinals after a victory over Saskatchewan

The women’s Volleyball team for BC secured a spot in the semifinals after a shutout win over Quebec

Highlights include Leo Sammarelli (Vancouver) looking for his third wheelchair track medal in the 400m, Jorden Hall (Surrey) in the hunt for a podium finish in Heptathlon, and a chance to end the athletics competition on a high note with both men’s and women’s 4 x 400m relay teams in the A Finals.
